Yesterday, Google had posted Android 4.1.2 ( Jelly Bean) factory images for the ‘ Yakju ‘ Galxy Nexus as well as the Samsung Nexus S. You can visit Google Developers to download the update manually if you do not wish wait for the official update to be rolled out.
